In our seven plus years of experience we have learned a lot about making the right decisions in business for the long haul. When we first started out in the Bounce House business we had two things that we knew we would hold at the top of the list, safety and customer service.
There were a lot of manufacturers to look through however the standards that we wanted were not there. Investing into a business that dealt with our community’s children meant and means to us today that we were not and are not going to lower our standards to save a buck. We decided to go with American made inflatables so that we knew the materials were FDA approved and that the quality was solid.
We are creating awesome parties in Cape Canaveral, Canaveral Groves, Cocoa Beach, Merritt Island, Mims, Port St. John, Rockledge and Viera. After choosing the correct product for us we then developed our customer service policy. With several years in customer service we knew and know that the key to success is people.
Let’s be honest without customers we have no business to run! The sad part is that many people in the customer service industry have forgotten this.
